Unlimited call outs and repairs – it sounds too good to be true

Boiler cover alone can be expensive, but not with us. As well as your brand new boiler, we can include with your agreement a full 10 year manufacturer’s warranty as well as unlimited call outs and repairs.

There are no call out charges, excess fees or parts and labour fees. Ever.

Is there a call out cover for holidays such as Christmas and Easter?
Yes, we offer call outs 365 days a year. At no cost.

What about boiler finance?

We offer finance for new boilers across 2, 3, 5, or 10 years, always at the fixed rate of 7.9% APR – the lowest on the market. This includes no deposit required – so you can have an emergency boiler replacement completed quickly without worrying about finding the cash for it up front.

You can also take advantage of our buy now, pay later boiler finance offer – buy now and pay nothing for 12 months. After that time, you can choose to pay in full or take our finance options at fixed 7.9% APR  – ensuring your boiler replacement remains affordable forever.

Why do I need a survey – can’t I get a quote over the phone?

You can take a look at our average boiler prices here, but you will need to have a survey first. This is best practice for any central heating installation or repair business, as your property is unique – and so is the placement of your boiler. We wouldn’t want to quote over the phone for an unseen property as this is misleading.

You may find upon survey that some additional work is required – such as movement of a flue in order to comply with the latest building regulations. While this may feel like an inconvenience, this work would be required by any boiler replacement engineer (unless they’re a cowboy!) to remain compliant and safe.
