Condensing Boiler Prices
Condensing Combi Boiler Prices range from £540 to £3,000 model dependant without installation.
A condensing boiler is a boiler that uses some of the heat generated by the boiler that would normally be released out of the flue to heat the water in your boiler.
This means that the boiler is a lot more efficient and has to use less energy to keep the water hot. There are different types of condensing boiler, the most common one is a gas combi boiler but you can also have heat only gas boilers too.
All new gas combi and heat only boilers manufactured are condensing boilers. This helps towards them being super economical and having a higher energy efficiency rating. You should always choose a boiler that has an energy efficiency rating of A or above.

Condensing combi boiler prices vary depending on their output (KW)
The higher the output, the more that specific boiler will cost in any manufacturers product range. The size of your home will depend on how powerful your condensing combi boiler needs to be.

Condensing System Boiler Prices
As with combis, all new boilers are condensing. The difference with a system boilers is that they have a separate hot water tank. This doesn’t affect whether or not it is a condensing boiler or not as it is the main unit that pumps the water around your home and to your taps that does this.
Condensing system boilers are more suited to larger homes with higher hot water demand. They can easily provide hot water to 2 or even 3 showers at a time without any drop in water pressure.
Due to the fact that they have a hot water storage tank, a larger home is usually better suited due to the extra space required to house this. If you have a smaller home or have a larger home but want to make some space, you may want to consider a condensing combi boiler.
If you already have system boiler then you may want to just swap your current one for a new one which would cost less than converting to a combi. If you want to change to a combi expect to may a premium to have all this changed over. It may be worth it in the long run as most combi boilers are more economical if used properly.
System boilers price vary depending how powerful they are
You must ensure you get the correct size condensing system boiler for your home. The larger the home, the higher the output (KW) boiler you would normally need. This means that it can easily send hot water to every radiator in your home at the desired temperature.
If you have a smaller home you may require a system boiler up to 25kw. Larger homes would require an output of 26kw or above. Generally the higher the output, the higher the price in each range.
